Tippy.js conflicts with Bootstrap based themes over .popover class

The approval icons popover won't show if the theme is based on bootstrap.

Bootstrap's .popover class hides the approval icons.

Tested with GV 2.9.1 and Bootstrap v3.3.7 (http://getbootstrap.com)
