[Suggestion] Keymap API

An API that lets you create Keymaps.

I am interested on making a VSCode Keymap, so an specific API for this'd be cool.

I am thinking about something similar to Intellij's or VScode's.

This sounds nice, but should be implemented in a way it doesn't affect current installations.

Graviton would be not affected.

The user would have her/his own keyboard settings, the keymaps would only affect default values.

Graviton could have a default keymap, and plugins could add new ones.
