[Bug] Ayaka's skill doesn't emit the right amount of particles

Did you look for other closed issues that have the same problem? None. I have checked.

Describe the bug Ayaka's skill only emits one cryo particle; she should be emitting 4-5 particles (per KQM data) per skill cast. (https://library.keqingmains.com/characters/cryo/Kamisato-Ayaka?ability=e) This disrupts rotations on her comps that should get enough energy if implemented in official servers.

Which branch did you use? Grasscutter version: 1.7.2 (via YuukiPS)
