[Bug] Xingqiu's skill ( talent from ascention 1) doesnt heal while its supposed to(since it healing was supposedly fixed)

Did you look for other closed issues that have the same problem? i dont think anyone has made an issue about that yet

Describe the bug while using level 40 xingqiu , i noticed his skill (with talent : Hydropathic) doesnt heal when the skills swords dissapear also for some reason they can "damage" trees and dissapear that way

Edit: Aquila fevonia also doesnt heal , seems like just skills and bursts heal while anything else doesnt

Which branch did you use? development , latest update as of 19.09.2023 grasscutter 1.7.1-
