[Bug] Dragonspine ore cannot be picked up/effect when broken doesnt apply to player(+ dragonspine quest not working/working weird)

Did you look for other closed issues that have the same problem? i did , nothing similar here popped up , searched many phrases :"dragonspine","scarlet","scarlet ore","dragon" nothing particularrly similar showed up ,

Describe the bug the red ore ( scarlet ore?) in dragonspinne doesnt apply its effect to player upon destruction , rendering most of dragonspine locked away. on the topic of the entering dragonspine quest , at first the ice rock that needs the heat rocks to break it wasnt there , it just appeared as i am writing this but the rock is still not applying the effect.

Which branch did you use? 1.7.1( should mention local hosted)

Additional context it took quite a bit for the ice object in front of frozen crimson tree to appear , tho i have no idea when , i was trying to explore liyue so i didnt check the dragonspine quest for few min

somehow you can break that ice with Shenhe 'e'skill

I also encountered the same problem in version 1.7.3, if you get it with code, then the task will not generate ice cubes. The mission will not be completed.
