[Feature Request] Extend /talent command /talent 命令不够好用，请求升级

/setconst命令在1.4.2版本终于可以用all来给所有角色设置命座了，但是/talent命令却只能给当前角色设置天赋等级，建议也给/talent命令一个parameter，可以一次性设置所有角色的天赋等级
