[Bug] Passives and constellation that directly add or remove of elemental energy don't work

Description: The add/restore energy passives such as Jean's passive "Let the Wind Lead", Kazuha C4 and Itto C2 (only the restore energy part) don't work, and the remove energy effect from artifact set "Shimenawa's Reminiscence" doesn't work either.
