[Bug] A player from a previous Grasscutter session will be instantiated after plugins load

Describe the bug

When a player connects after disconnecting from a previous session of Grasscutter, the player will join before all plugins are loaded. This causes plugins which use a custom player class to break as the plugin gets loaded after the player has joined, meaning the player won't fall under that custom player class.
