Multiple "Signup" methods. Including SMS

Feature for limiting free access. Requires a mobile number which it sends a SMS token to for logging in. Each login is limited to a predefined limit, or recurring limits (based on group). Used as a way of "rate" limiting, as you'll need a new phone number for more access.
