Sysmodule doesen't start after restart

IMG_20200531_120338 Hello, I am on 10.0.3 atmosphere 0.12.0 and the app says "couldn't communicate with sysmodule" so I looked with the sysmodules overlay and it says that the sysmodule NXcord is Off, I tried restarting the console but it didn't work
