[BUG] MSM8937 Not Recognized as big.LITTLE

Hi @Grarak

As the title indicates, KA fails to recognize MSM8937 SoCs as big.LITTLE. Hence, we aren't able to Set Different Governors or Frequencies for both of the Clusters. Further, even my AiO HotPlug (in KA) doesn't works properly because of this issue.

Kindly, fix this issue as soon as possible.
