ThunderCharge: Add a New sysFS i.e., USB Current SeekBar

Hi @Grarak,

In the Latest Version of ThunderCharge, a new Variable has been introduced i.e., custom_usb_current and it allows the users to Control the Current Flow when a USB is Connected.

Details: Title---Custom Charge Rate (USB) Description---Set the Current (mA) at which the Battery will be Charged when a USB is Connected. Type---SeekBar sysFS: /sys/kernel/thundercharge_control/custom_usb_current Range: 0 to 1000 (preferably in the steps of 10 as in the case of the other variable i.e., custom_ac_current)
