[Request] Add Adreno Boost Parameter

Adrenoboost is a GPU Boost Parameter by flar2, the sys node for it is, "/sys/class/devfreq/1c00000.qcom,kgsl-3d0/adrenoboost" following are the attributes,

0 - off 1 - low 2 - medium 3 - High
