[Request] Add quick setting tile.

In Android 7 and LineageOS 14.1 an app is allowed to add a quick setting tile to the quick settings panel in the drop down panel. This would be super useful for changing between saved profiles on the fly. For example, I could enable a profile for power saving when I need the battery or for performance when I want to run an emulator.
