Request: Cron tab or apply CPU options periodically

Hi,

My phone stock rom, note 5, stock kernel looses the set maximum CPU frequency after being asleep for some time, and KernelAdiutor shows is max frequency is set again (2100Mhz).

Would be great if it could periodically check its stored value vs system values and re-apply.
