My issue is resolved with new version of the Novu SDK 1.5.0 https://github.com/novuhq/novu-ts/releases/tag/v1.5.0 🥳

🐛 Bug Report: Api v2.2.0 Self-Hosted: /api/v1/notifications > 24 h throws "date range exceeds your plan's retention period"
