Create docker image for ARM Macs and push to docker hub :)

I must prepare a separate Docker image for ARM Macs, as the intel image will not work. Use the Mac Mini to do so.

Why?

Check out the hub.docker.com/rjurney/graphml-class tags for the course. As of now it shows a single image with OS/arch linux/amd64. This will not work on an ARM Mac.
