Comments: Put comments in right gutter

I find that stacking the comments of a document over the document outline (if open) does not work well. The right gutter of the document is empty, comments would make sense there, similarly designed as in GDocs. I like to have comments open most of the time if collaborating (even if not, I use comments extensively in my stuff).
