Don't show homescreen wallpaper during calls

redfin - 2021112404 If different wallpapers are set for the home and lock screen the home wallpaper is displayed while the the device is ringing and during calls even if the device is still locked.

This isn't really a bug but rather just how the AOSP Dialer works. Nonetheless it would be a nice improvement if it didn't do this.
