Forwarding Private space apps to Persona space Settings app for specific settings

Upstream AOSP somehow overlooked this, causing apps that need to be configure directly in Settings (eg. password manager, keyboard,...) to unable to perform this task and sometime crashes when redirecting to it because there isn't an "Settings" app in Private space which created a lot of friction to users who doesn't understand that they "need" to manually set them up in the "Private" section in said settings with the Settings app in Persona space. So im hoping that GOS can somehow implement some sort of forwarding system that can redirect them there instead of letting users figure that out by themself.
