GOS Upgrade Process Needs To Upgrade Keyblob

I'm seeing a ton of these messages in the logs:

I trusty  : WARN: system/keymint/ta/src/lib.rs:1281 failing DeviceConvertStorageKeyToEphemeral request with error Hal(KeyRequiresUpgrade, "system/keymint/ta/src/lib.rs:438: keyblob with old OS patchlevel 202511 needs upgrade to current 202512")

Looks like the system update process might have omitted something. It's complaining that the keyblob is patchlevel 202511 and needs to be updated to 202512
