Homescreen & Launcher landscape mode regression with 2025112101

Hello, previously it was possible to allow auto-rotation for homescreen (and launcher). The setting was lost and global auto-rotating has no effect to the homescreen anymore. This is a sever regression for me, especially furing car-mount usage!
