Extra icon in Private Space menu

Under Settings > Security & privacy > Private space > Private space lock > Fingerprint Unlock (if Fingerprint Unlock has not been setup) there is a useless link icon at the very bottom of the "Set up Fingerprint Unlock for private space" menu.

It's just missing text. On stock PixelOS it shows the following text to the right of the link icon:

Learn more about Pixel fingerprint unlock at g.co/pixel/fingerprintunlock.

The link icon doesn't do anything on stock when tapped.
