Keyboard opens without spellcheck

In certain situations the keyboard opens without spellcheck. I am also unable to remove characters. Closing and reopening the keyboards a few times sometimes brings back full functionality. It does not matter which keyboard i use.

How to reproduce: I can consistently reproduce this on github when opening an issue and start typing in the title field.
