inconsistencies in settings app UI between setup and non-setup flows

• following inconsistencies inside PIN and fingerprint screens:
  • button corner radius
  • button text all-caps
  • status bar color handling
• inconsistencies inside Display > Display size and text
  • button in the bottom has all-caps text

there could be similar inconsistencies at other places. and there're differences between how these issues affect a physical device vs emulator. emulators have slightly different issue reproduction due to the difference in overlays.
