[feature request] fake usage stats permission

as of a few days ago a well-known (and the most famous in italy) started to compulsorily ask for permission to access smartphone usage statistics (https://developer.android.com/reference/android/app/usage/UsageStatsManager), now it has permanently blocked me from accessing from my bank account if I don't give this permission, the bank states that it will use it to track the user and generate user fingerprints for security reasons (????).

they seem to be using a third party framework https://risk.lexisnexis.com/products/threatmetrix, I tried to look up where and how they use permission but it all seems to be security by obscurity

my request is to have a mocked up version of this permission a bit like scoped storage and scoped contacts

Until then, use a clean profile with this single app. This is crazy...
