Bluetooth gets disabled in main profile

Bluetooth gets disabled when ending the session of a different profile (and returning to the main profile). This happens every time.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable bluetooth while on main profile.
  2. Switch to a different user profile and unlock.
  3. End session of that user profile.

Bluetooth will now be disabled.

I have a Pixel 7 running version UP1A.231005.007.2023103100.

Tested it just now running UQ1A.231205.015.2023120800 on a Pixel 7 and it is still reproducible.
