Allow Deleting Secondary User Profiles from Lockscreen/User Profile Selection Dialog

Since it is possible to factory reset the phone from recovery mode, I believe it would be very beneficial for users of GrapheneOS to be able to delete secondary user profiles without needing to unlock the device; this would allow quick erasure of the user profile and the key(s) associated with it. The feature could be opt-in, to prevent accidental or malicious deletion of an account, but I believe this is a non-issue as it's possible to factory reset the entire device without authentication, anyway.

My idea is to allow tapping and holding the secondary user profile to be deleted, in the "Select user" dialog from the lockscreen (or in secondary profiles), to instantly delete that user and all data associated with it.

Perhaps add a toggle to Settings > System > Multiple users in the admin user profile to allow user profile deletion while device is locked.

Being able to toggle that option on a per profile basis would also be a nice improvement.

This sounds like it could be a great addition to GOS! I do see a couple of use cases for me personally. An addition to deleting it on the home screen, it would be interesting to have a "delete profile after date" option
