Do not disturb deactivates at midnight from scheduled rule

At the last night I saw on my phone after midnight that "do not disturb" is deactivated and I don't know why. I have configures a rule that will be scheduled at 23:30 all days and the planned end time is 6:30 next day. But after midnight I unlock my phone and see notifications, so I swipe down and look on the "do not disturb" switch and it is disabled, but why? Is it a misconfiguration or maybe a bug? Maybe the issue #250 is relevant for this!?
