Cannot type in address bar

Description: I can't type anything in address bar sometimes. This happens to me several times a day when using incognito tabs. I dont use regular tabs so i'm not sure if it's also applicable to regular tabs Reproduction: it seems to just happen randomly. I can't reproduce it deliberately. This bug first appeared months ago video
