bug: https icon dissapears sometimes

Devices: Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 8a Vanadium 136.0.7103.44

I forgot to take a screenshot when it happened on the 8pro. Seems to only happen when using the top bar set to top. First I thought it happens when the url is long (onion address) but that doesn't seem to be the case.
