Webapps gone after reboot

Since a recent release, all webapps are gone after rebooting.

You know, the website icons on the launcher that launch the webapp, those are all gone.

Vanadium Version 128.0.6613.146.0

Mulch was one version behind (128.0.6613.127) and updated to the same version today, now happens there too.

Might be an upstream bug.

Latest GrapheneOS Beta on Pixel 6a.

Could be the same bug as the widget disappearing bug. Likely an AOSP bug but unclear where it would be. Could be a Chromium bug. Very likely nothing specific to GrapheneOS.

So, I was kinda able to pinpoint it to one specific Chromium release. That may still cause a bug in systemui.

I saw that discuss.grapheneos.org suddenly had some kind of webapp, even though on firefox it has no PWA. This may be related to a change in how it handles PWAs
