TPCD Bypass Features

Two features, TpcdMetadataGrants and TpcdHeuristicGrants, appear to allow sites to bypass third-party cookie blocking. Shouldn't these ideally be disabled?

TPCD trials site settings are disabled by default, which is checked alongside these features. Nonetheless, these features can be disabled in the following releases as an additional precautionary measure.

@RKNF404 No, that's not correct. These settings do not bypass the normal browser settings and are not enabled by default. The flags you're linking are only enabled if #test-third-party-cookie-phaseout or #tracking-protection-3pcd are enabled in chrome://flags.
