Clear browsing data such as cookies and history after a time range, including on exit

This issue consolidates both https://github.com/GrapheneOS/Vanadium/issues/139 and https://github.com/GrapheneOS/Vanadium/issues/342, with an option to set which sites will not be cleared upon restart, or if browsing data such as history has reaches N days of age. This will preferably reuse the same UI and logic as clearing browsing data settings seen in Chromium based browsers.

Interested to follow up on this: it would be useful to automatically clean all site data older than a specific number of days.

As for the white list: some weeks ago, when clearing data, there was a windows listing websites "of interest" and for which I might like not to clear data. This was quite useful but no long appears.

Generally, it might useful to have an option to exempt data on tabs that are currently opened. This way, data could be cleared without losing all open tabs.
