Non incognito JavaScript JIT permission value carries over to incognito tabs

Hi, thank you for this wonderful browser.

I've noticed that when enabling the JavaScript JIT permission for a site in non incognito, in incognito mode that site has the permission enabled. I think that this shouldn't be the case and that the JavaScript JIT permission should be at its default value in incognito tabs, since other permissions also behave like this. I'm thinking it could be used for fingerprinting.

Maybe I'm wrong and this is intended though, please tell me if it is.
