Have the "Flash" option for the front camera replicate the "Self-illumination" behaviour.

Similar to the Pixel Camera, turning on Flash for the front camera should automatically use the "Self-illumination: behaviour instead of having a toggle for it. A seperate toggle for it is confusing as most users would be used to just turning on the flash.
