Allow recording videos while the screen is turned off

The camera should be able to record videos, and continue recording even after the device is locked. This is extremely useful for whistleblowers or domestic abuse victims who need to secretly record evidence. Another useful addition to this would be the ability to record out of all cameras (front, back, telephoto, etc.) at the same time.

Recording with all cameras simultaneously is an interesting idea. Maybe there could be a feature such as preview disabled (for better performance?), and multiple video files saved when the recording is finished.
