Add OLED Modes

Option to add an OLED mode in all hud layouts what I am trying to say is that the HUD should have a slow movement to avoid screen burn-in. Like the PR of the original PSVShell

Hi, NorbiZsemi forked the original PSVshell v1.1 and did an OLED-mode (i'm using it and it works very well) unfortunately he didn't do it for the PSVshell v1.2 beta (dunno if it's important i never had any bug with the 1.1 OLED fork) could it being possible to add an OLED mode for PSVshellPlus with all of this ? @Electry @GrapheneCt @NorbiZsemi 🤞🤞
