Be consistent in usage of the word 'canonical'

Our definitions:

  • Pending: transaction that has been gossiped and buffered in mempool
  • Canonical: transaction/block on the best chain, and can even include the most recent block
  • Finalized: transaction/block has > k (=290) confirmations
