True indication of when an update is complete

Now that the app is working with more than just text files, two points stand out:

1. The buttons to update should accurately reflect whether the app has finished downloading files and updating the local system
2. The autoupdate feature could cause an update to run despite the previous update not finishing downloading - this will need testing; some big #7 webm files would probably do the trick
