Support for nikic/php-parser v5

Currently, nikic/php-parser is locked to v4. That means upgrading nikic/php-parser is currently not possible, which is in turn prevents upgrading a number of other dependencies, like sebastianbergmann/php-code-coverage. It would be great if we could add support for nikic/php-parser 5. Thanks in advance!
