After update from 2022.* to 2023.* there are sliders in markdown preview and they are styled with default Darcula theme:  same issue with select items in settings:

It doesn't get listed in the appearance dropdown in phpstorm.

I am using PHPSTORM, the theme can't be applied after installation.
