Implement soft zoom

The magnifier does a hard-zoom; it increases or decreases the size of the image. A soft-zoom would be nice, to actually zoom in/out without modifying the image (for pixel work for example)

Propose implementing a zoom bar at the bottomright and rebind ctrl+ / ctrl- / ctrl-wheel to it rather than magnifier.

I'm not fond of the magnifier itself to be honest... Hard zoom is a very awkward operation

We know about this, I agree with that hard zoom is very awkwark operation. In version 0.2.0 we want refactor logic of magnifier.
