Ability to rotate a page in a document

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I cannot see a way to rotate pages in a given PDF document. I believe the underlying library supports this.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a way to set rotation for one or more pages in a document (Rotate90, Rotate180, Rotate270).

Describe alternatives you've considered I cannot see any alternatives within docnet. There seem to be other libraries that support this (Aspose, etc.)
