Reports should show how users interact with the content, highlighting which sections are most engaging or may require improvement based on user interaction times and bounce rates.
Device and Platform Usage:
Collect insights into the devices and platforms our users are employing to access the documentation, ensuring our design system works as expected.
Performance monitoring plan:
Post-implementation the performance of updates should be measured to ensure they are having the desired effect. There should be regular monitoring to understand the effect our changes are having on the website.
