Include CodePen sandbox on design system website

Acceptance Criteria:

Make sandbox available to designers who want to make a "sketch" for their developers to use as a reference for implementation
@twjeffery to suggest where to include link to Codepen (mockup coming soon and issue will be updated.

@twjeffery Look more into this, specifically how we would use our new React or Angular wrappers, so the code can actually be copy pasted.
