Design system website: multiple bugs

Bugs on our reference website:

1. on mobile there is no space between input controls for the sandbox, should be `--goa-spacing-l`

3. side menu should not change size per page, it jumps to different sizes on different pages, should be 12rem

Yea, I think I've fixed these in an update a while back.
