Datepicker: component, and example updates

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add the "choose a date" example from the figma design
  • The "Today" tertiary button should choose the current date.
  • Disabled Yes (Checkbox)
• Width of "current day" underline should be 24px
• Width of "Month" dropdown should be wider then the "Year" dropdown
• "Month" dropdown should spell out full month (not abbreviated)
