Data Card investigation

Acceptance Criteria:

• Aesthetic considerations should be set aside, this spike to just to investigate functionality and layout
• Data card layout
  • experiment with variable numbers of items per "row"
  • Inclusion of interactive and non-interactive elements in the "Heading" section
  • Selected and un-selected state of data card with differential background treatment (e.g. darker blue in heading and lighter blue in the rest of the card)
  • Inclusion of an image in the card
  • Variable content alignment as outlined in the docs here
  • Responsive views desktop-tablet-mobile match design intent outlined in docs
    • Stacking of card content in a single column
    • full width buttons in correct button order
  • Ensure that the data card is keyboard operable as outlined in the "accessibility documentation" in the docs
  • Test screen reader experience (VoiceOver and NVDA) to see if any unusual behaviour exists
