[Feature Request]: Filterable dropdown - add ability to change text of "no matches found"

Currently the filterable dropdown reads "No matches found" when there are no matches. We want to add a custom text to make it clear for the user within the context of their service. Eg. "No programs found"

Describe the solution you'd like

The ability to change the wording in the "No matches found" to be specific to the context of the service.
